Single Room in shared house. in Northfield, Buckinghamshire for sale

Hi, My name is Dan, and I am looking for a new housemate to share a newly furbished house. There are two of us that currently live here and we require a third person for next academic year. We are 5 mins away from the University of Birmingham! We are based in a small, quiet cul de sac off Weoley castle which is 5 mins away from the University of Birmingham. As you can see, the house is newly furbished and is kept very clean. We are both Aston University students and travel by bus via bristol road every morning which takes us about 20 mins. There are excellent transport links from the house to the city centre. We are both going into our 4th year of Pharmacy, and are therfore both very hard working students. Due the the intensity of our course, we do require a quiet student as we are both in university every day at early times. We keep the house exceptionally tidy, so require a similar student who will keep the place nice and clean also.
